Menstrual Hygiene day
Periods shouldn’t be a problem. Yet across many communities, menstruation is surrounded by shame, misinformation, and lack of access to basic supplies. This project exists to change that. Menstrual Health & Dignity is a community-driven initiative aimed at improving menstrual health outcomes among adolescents, teen mothers, and underserved youth. We provide practical solutions—reusable pads, hands-on training, and open dialogue—to empower girls to manage their periods with confidence and dignity.
Our approach tackles the issue from multiple angles: education, skill-building, accessibility, and stigma reduction. This isn’t charity—it’s capacity-building for lasting change.
